Your vision plan administrator depends on your medical plan. Aetna administers the vision benefits for their plan, while Davis Vision adminsters the benefits for the Amerihealth plans.

 

This Vision Section DOES NOT apply to employees enrolled in the Aetna and AmeriHealth Administrators NJ Educators Health Plan or Garden State Plan.  If you are enrolled in either of these plans, please do not proceed further.
